Verila Lubricants AD grease factory inherits the rich tradition of the chemical plant established in 1945, near Sofia, in Bulgaria. Several waves of multimillion-Euro investments after 2007, state-of-the-art technology, along with experienced Research & Development and Production personnel, feed the success of modern Verila.

VERILA LSX EP 2 SYNTECH

is a premium quality, synthetic lubricating grease containing poly-alpha-olefin (PAO) base oils, and special lithium-complex thickener. Synthetic base oil and makes this product suitable for applications within a wide temperature range, especially in extremely low temperatures or even arctic weather. State of the art additive technology brings to this grease extreme resistance to oxidation, rust and corrosion prevention, anti-wear and extreme pressure performance and water resistance, to ensure extended bearing life and less downtime. It also provides ultra-long performance high speed electrical engines bearing lubrication. Operating Temperature Range: -45 Celsius to 150 Celsius

VERILA CSX EP 2 V180 HP

is high performance, heavy duty lubricating grease based on calcium sulfonate complex thickener system and severely hydro-treated mineral base oil. A unique structure of calcium sulfonate complex thickener provides high dropping point, extraordinary extreme pressure and anti-wear performances, excellent rust protection and superior mechanical stability and water wash out protection. Operating Temperature Range: -25 Celsius to 180 Celsius

is High performance, High Temperature, Extreme Pressure lubricating grease based on lithium complex thickener and severely hydro-treated base oils. It contains the latest high-tech additives which deliver to the grease the right balance of performance characteristics. Very good oxidation stability, rust and corrosion prevention, superior anti-wear and extreme pressure performance as well as excellent water resistance offer reliable protection to the equipment in tough operating conditions. Our LiCa EP is your multipurpose grease of choice: water-resistant, sticky, Lithium-Calcium grease, that protects against wear and corrosion, reliably lubricating a wide range of equipment. Verila LiCa EP is available in NLGI 1, NLGI 2 and NLGI 3 consistency grades.

VERILA Lithium EP 2 Moly

is lubricating grease based on lithium 12-hydroxystearate soap and high-quality mineral base oil. The grease contains antioxidants, rust and corrosion inhibitors and anti-wear and extreme pressure additives as well as water resistance and mechanical stability improvers. The addition of molybdenum disulfide is providing extra protection against wear and shock loads. Operating Temperature Range: -20 Celsius to 120 Celsius
